It seems that Misty Mountain Press is defunct. You might try their owner's web site, richardbiffle.com, which seems to be still in operation.
Also, I've set up a listing for you on HTYP -- please feel free to add more text, pictures, etc.

This site is getting overrun with spam, and slowed down. That's a shame because there's old but valuable information here. I hope all is well otherwise. --merriam 12:10, 19 October 2011 (EDT)
Augh, sorry about that! I was really busy for a few days and wasn't able to keep up on maintenance.
It would appear that I need to improve my spam management tools; the spammers have worked out techniques that make it more difficult to filter algorithmically.
(edit) ...but I've deleted all the spam I could find. Please let me know if you still see any (older than this message, anyway).
